Lead gap analysis and new business requirement identification in Intra Logistics (I2D) to support rollout of Bosch S/4 HANA standard template for logistics processes.
Support and conduct testing phases including Unit, Integration, and UAT with Plant Key Users and Plant Users, and assist data migration activities.
Provide training sessions for Key Users, troubleshoot defects during testing and post-go-live, and offer hypercare support after go-live.

Experienced in providing business requirements and process improvement input to SAP Consultants with hands-on testing experience.
Capable of cross-functional collaboration and effective communication in multicultural environments, managing project timelines and stakeholder relationships.
