Several years of consulting or industry experience, preferably in Consumer Goods or Retail with extensive exposure to manufacturing to supply processes.
Willingness to work in an international environment with regular travel.
Strategic thinker with experience driving improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing-to-supply chain processes.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4 rollout and process transformation in a global context.
Comfortable navigating change management and digitalization initiatives, including AI-enabled supply chain solutions.
