Own technical and operational validation and incident management for GTT’s international network, ensuring swift incident resolution and customer satisfaction.

Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNS/CCNP, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, Fortinet FCS/FCP, Palo Alto PCNSE/PCCSE are advantageous.
Experienced in 24/7 operations support with a focus on technical problem resolution and stable network delivery in a service provider environment.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent incidents, with strong escalation and customer communication skills and working effectively under pressure.
Familiar with Cisco and Juniper hardware and IOS/JUNOS, with basic UNIX knowledge, enabling effective technical troubleshooting and system interactions.
