Own technical and operational validation and incident management for GTT’s international network, ensuring swift incident resolution and customer satisfaction.
Act as technical and operational liaison between internal teams, vendors, suppliers, and customers, including escalation and communication.

Demonstrable experience with routing protocols (BGP, ISIS, OSPF, EIGRP), L2 technologies (VLANs, Q-in-Q, Spanning-tree), MPLS, L3VPN and L2VPN in a Service Provider context.
Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNS/CCNP, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, Fortinet FCS/FCP, Palo Alto PCNSE/PCCSE are advantageous.
Experienced in 24/7 operations support with a focus on technical problem resolution and stable network delivery in a service provider environment.
Comfortable managing multiple concurrent incidents, with strong escalation and customer communication skills and working effectively under pressure.
Familiar with Cisco and Juniper hardware and IOS/JUNOS, with basic UNIX knowledge, enabling effective technical troubleshooting and system interactions.
