Ensure operational success of critical business applications, including batch processing, incident resolution (P1/P2), and service request management under defined SLAs.
Automate manual processes across on-prem and cloud environments using Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD tools; design, build, and support Snowflake data platform including performance tuning and security controls.
Coordinate cross-team efforts including US and India infrastructure setup, POCs delivery, and operational improvements while participating in on-call support rotations.
7-10 years of IT experience, with hands-on skills in Snowflake, AWS (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation), Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD tools (Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Artifactory, GitHub).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience with Snowflake architecture, virtual warehouses, SQL scripting, Streams/Tasks, Time Travel, data security policies and performance optimization.
In-office work required at least 3 days per week; shift timing: 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM IST.
Experienced in operating within DevSecOps environments supporting cloud and on-premise applications with a focus on automation and operational efficiency.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional and cross-geography coordination for infrastructure, process automation, and incident management.
Strong technical leadership and business acumen to translate user requirements into technical solutions and improvements, especially involving Snowflake and AWS cloud platforms.
