Own and lead property management operations for a 17 million sq. ft. commercial portfolio, ensuring operational excellence, client satisfaction, and financial profitability.
Manage all aspects including technical (MEP), soft services, statutory compliance, P&L, budgeting, vendor/contract management, and people leadership for multiple commercial assets.
Drive strategic account management focusing on client retention, contract renewals, business growth, and regular business reviews while overseeing risk and business continuity plans.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent mandatory; MBA is desirable but not mandatory.
17–20 years of experience managing property management of large commercial portfolios is mandatory.
Must be available to work on-site in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Scheduled weekly working hours: 48 per week.
Experienced in strategic management of large-scale commercial property portfolios with full P&L responsibility.
Capable of leading cross-functional teams (Technical, Soft Services, Finance, Procurement, HSE) and managing multiple vendor relationships.
Strong operational focus with track record of achieving high compliance, client satisfaction, and operational KPIs in complex real estate environments.
