Analyze large-scale datasets, contribute to data modeling and data mart design, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business logic.
Act as subject matter expert for IRD, support ad-hoc report creation and issue resolution to meet diverse global client reporting needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, or related field.
6+ years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and business intelligence.
Strong SQL skills and experience with large-scale data warehouse environments and BI tools like JasperReports, WebFocus, Actuate, or eSpreadsheet.
Expertise in State Street’s IRD platform is preferred but not mandatory; familiarity with Big Data platforms, cloud technologies, Snowflake, and Databricks preferred.
Experience working within investment services or financial reporting domains, knowledgeable about front, middle, and back-office operations.
Strong technical proficiency in BI/reporting tools and data warehousing within a fast-paced, global environment with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, deliver on-time high-quality analytical reporting products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including data sourcing and product stakeholders.
