Manage and own business management reporting for the Product organization including dashboards, scorecards, and executive summaries.
Drive headcount, capacity tracking, and resource management in partnership with Finance, HR, and Product CAO.

Work Experience Required: 15+ years total, including 8+ years in business/product experience, CAO, strategy, consulting, or transformation roles.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Mandatory skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools (e.g., Copilot).
Work Hours: US Hours (7:30am ET to 4:30pm ET).
Experienced in business management or chief of staff roles within product, investment services, or related financial services functions.
Highly skilled in translating complex data into clear executive-level insights and narratives with strong strategic judgment.
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, matrixed, and regulated environments with strong execution discipline and partnership skills.
