Own the entire Product Master Data lifecycle including creation, enrichment, change, and retirement of product data.
Lead Product MDM operations including managing SLAs, KPIs, backlog prioritization, and driving enhancements and tooling improvements.
Establish and enforce Product MDM governance, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and partner with cross-functional teams (CPQ, eCommerce, SAP) to maintain canonical product models.
6 to 10 years of experience in Product MDM or Data Governance.
Experience with SAP Material Master, CPQ, and enterprise MDM tools (EBX preferred).
Strong stakeholder management and process design capabilities.
Location: Pune, India.
Demonstrated ability to lead both operational run teams and enhancement projects within Product MDM.
Strong functional and technical knowledge of MDM in large and complex organizations.
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and vendors effectively while driving continuous improvement initiatives.
