Provide operational and project management tool support across Kimble, NetSuite, SFDC, and others to ensure accurate project cost, revenue, and milestone tracking.
Support month-end activities to close financial periods and aid finance/accounting teams in revenue recognition.
Collaborate with Business Excellence and operations teams to maintain data hygiene, testing, and operational readiness for changes or new initiatives.
2+ years experience working with Coupa is mandatory.
Experience with operational tools such as Kimble, NetSuite, SFDC, and good MS Excel and Office skills.
Work Experience Required: 2-4 years in relevant operational or business performance support roles.
Good communication skills (verbal and written) and basic analytical/problem-solving abilities.
Experienced in supporting project management and financial operations with strong tool proficiency (Kimble, NetSuite, SFDC).
Comfortable handling detailed operational tasks including invoicing, timesheet approvals, and resource assignments within financial services software environment.
Exposure to Business Excellence or PMO environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
