Manage and ensure compliance for direct and indirect tax filings across APAC entities, including corporate tax returns, tax audits, and GST/WHT/VAT filings.
Prepare and reconcile income tax provisions for USGAAP and local GAAP, including deferred and current tax calculations and return-to-provision true-ups.
Drive tax process improvements and automation, collaborating cross-functionally and liaising with external advisors and tax authorities to resolve tax-related issues efficiently.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent with 2–3 years post-qualification experience.
Strong experience in corporate income tax compliance, litigation management, and working knowledge of transfer pricing and indirect taxation.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; experience managing large data sets in ERP environments.
Location requirement: Role based in Hyderabad; prior experience in a large public accounting firm or multinational corporate tax department preferred.
Experienced in managing complex tax compliance and audits within multinational or large corporate environments focused on APAC tax laws.
Tech-savvy with hands-on or strong familiarity with AI and automation tools applied to tax or finance workflows (e.g., Tableau, Org62, RPA).
Analytical with strong problem-solving skills, able to independently investigate and resolve issues, and proactive in driving technology-enabled process improvements.
