Own definition and delivery of platform capabilities for Salesforce Data 360, including data management, AI, analytics, and integration across Salesforce clouds.
Lead design and implementation of data privacy and regulatory compliance features (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.) including DSAR workflows, consent management, and audit trails.
Drive development of data governance models (ABAC, RBAC), data cataloging, lineage, and access control policies at enterprise scale to ensure secure multi-tenant operations.
Minimum 14+ years product management experience in SaaS or PaaS environments.
Strong understanding of SaaS platform technologies, architecture, and integrations; Salesforce Platform experience is a significant plus.
Experience with data governance, multi-tenant security best practices, and compliance with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
Proficient in implementing access control models (ABAC, RBAC) and knowledge of data catalog and lineage capabilities.
Experienced in complex SaaS platform product ownership with an emphasis on data platform capabilities and governance.
Familiarity with enterprise data compliance requirements and the regulatory landscape including international frameworks.
Able to collaborate cross-functionally and drive adoption metrics; experienced in working with large-scale integrations and partner ecosystems.
