Own end-to-end delivery of business, product and implementation initiatives across Global Emerging Markets focusing on structured delivery plans, execution, risk and stakeholder management.
Drive strategy and workflow implementation including business requirements, testing, training, phased product setups, and client/business migrations.
Produce management reporting, performance tracking, business KPI dashboards, and analytical insights to support commercial initiatives and senior management decisions.
MBA in Finance, Business, Technology, or related discipline from a premier institution or equivalent experience.
5-12 years experience in delivery management, product management, implementation, business management, COO, change or transformation roles within Banking, Financial Markets or Investment Banking.
Strong product management experience with ability to define clear product outcomes, requirements, plans, and success metrics.
Location requirement: Mumbai, India.
Experienced in managing project delivery lifecycle including roadmap planning, prioritization, testing coordination, change adoption, and post-implementation review.
Strong analytical skills with ability to understand business economics, track performance, analyze trends, and identify commercial/control opportunities via KPIs.
Ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and engage senior stakeholders effectively within a global matrix organization.
