Own the delivery of global master data management services ensuring high quality, timely, and consistent master data.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives including process standardization, automation, and data quality enhancements.
Support and partner with ITS to implement and test new master data systems without disrupting business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in Master Data Management.
Experience with SAP and master data systems; advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.
English proficiency at B2 or C1 level.
Has hands-on experience in master data creation, maintenance, and governance aligned with business processes.
Able to manage medium to high complexity business issues related to master data and lead data quality initiatives.
Experience driving process improvements and automation in a global corporate setting, ideally with exposure to CI/LEAN methodologies.
