Skills: Proficiency in Master Production Scheduling (MPS), Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning (RCCP), Distribution Planning, Production Planning and Scheduling, and Advanced Excel/VBA.
Location/Relocation: Within country relocation support offered; minimal support for international transfers.
Experience managing operational, tactical, and strategic supply chain planning processes in a manufacturing or FMCG environment.
Technical proficiency with supply chain planning systems, specifically implementation and use of O9 Supply Planning module or similar tools.
Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Production, Logistics, R&D) for product launches and supply chain optimization.
