Ensure smooth operations of critical business applications by managing daily batch processes, incident resolution (P1/P2), and adhering to SLAs.
Drive automation of manual tasks using Python, PowerShell, and CI/CD tools across cloud and on-premises environments including Snowflake and AWS.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams and US counterpart to implement operational improvements, handle outages, and support performance and maintenance of business applications.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
4-7 years of relevant work experience in automation (Python/PowerShell), Snowflake, AWS, and CI/CD tools.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake (architecture, performance tuning, security policies), AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CloudFormation), and DevOps tools (Bitbucket, Ansible, Jenkins, Artifactory, Github).
Willingness to work from office at least 3 days a week with timing 2:00pm - 10:30pm IST.
Experienced in technical operations within cloud environments, especially with Snowflake data platform and AWS infrastructure management.
Comfortable managing cross-geography collaboration (India-US teams) to deliver operational excellence and automation.
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions within a DevSecOps operating model.
