Own and execute recurring and project-based data management processes to ensure trusted, governed, and ready-to-use Distribution data for business operations, reporting, analytics, and AI/BI.
Define and implement data-quality rules, validate data through root-cause analysis, and translate business needs into actionable data rules, controls, and documentation.
Lead cross-functional issue remediation from intake to resolution, partner with technology and analytics teams, and coach junior analysts on standards and communication.
5-8 years of experience in data management, governance, operations, business intelligence, or financial services.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel with experience in dataset profiling, reconciliations, validation logic design, and documentation of business rules.
Experience working with customer relationship management, distribution, or financial services data preferred but not mandatory.
Work Shift Timings: 4:30 PM - 1:30 AM or 6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST.
Experienced in independently owning and managing data operations and quality assurance in a financial/distribution data environment.
Skilled at translating ambiguous business requests into clear data requirements, field definitions, and operational controls.
Capable of leading cross-functional collaboration for issue remediation and developing junior team members through coaching and documentation.
