Own end-to-end Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) solutions across SAP systems focusing on optimization of workflows, automation, and continuous improvement.
Lead 3rd level incident and problem resolution within SLAs, coordinate regression testing, and manage implementation of new VIM functionalities in SAP ECC and S/4Hana.
Provide technical design, build, and delivery of functional solutions, knowledge transfer, training, and coordinate with business, IT teams, and external service providers to meet compliance and performance goals.
Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent.

On-site work in Kolkata, West Bengal, India; experience working with both onshore and offshore teams; deep knowledge of SAP and VIM standard functionalities for optimization.
Strong expertise in international large-scale SAP VIM implementations with hands-on S/4Hana experience and ability to minimize custom programming by leveraging standard functionalities.
Proven capability to lead cross-functional collaboration across corporate IT, regional teams, and external providers aligned with project management guidelines.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, automation, and cost efficiency by integrating latest SAP VIM capabilities and conducting knowledge sharing across teams.
