Lead Level 2 Security Operations including incident response, threat protection, identity & access management, and end-to-end vulnerability management.
Manage and optimize security tools: SIEM (rule tuning, log source integration, correlation optimization), Cortex XDR (threat hunting, policy configuration), Vulnerability Management (CVE analysis, scripting), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Mentor L1/L2 analysts, lead complex incident investigations and forensics, collaborate with security engineers and IT teams, and drive security process improvements.
Minimum 7+ years overall experience with at least 5 years in Information Security domain focused on Security Operations (L2/L1) in Infrastructure Security Services.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with SIEM rule creation/tuning and integration with various log sources (Windows, Linux, Palo Alto firewall, AWS).
Work Mode: Work from Office in Hyderabad, rotational shifts.
Proven operational expertise in handling advanced security events, and ability to lead forensic investigations and coordinate security incident response.
Experience mentoring junior SOC analysts and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as IT and security engineers to implement security architecture.
Strong hands-on skills in managing and optimizing multiple security technology platforms (SIEM, Cortex XDR, PAM, Vulnerability Management).
