Own full finance, accounting, and statutory compliance functions for CommerceIQ's India entity, encompassing GST, TDS, corporate tax, payroll, and labor law adherence.
Manage banking relationships and execute treasury operations including payments, payroll processing, fixed deposits, forex transactions, and remittance regularization.
Lead and develop the India finance team; coordinate with US global controllership to align on policies and reporting; manage audits and vendor relationships.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent strongly preferred.

Experienced in statutory compliance and finance operations within India for a global, multi-entity organization collaborating with US-based teams.
Proven track record managing end-to-end finance functions including treasury, payroll, audit, and vendor negotiation.
Comfortable working hands-on with finance systems like NetSuite, Tipalti, and managing a small finance team in a growth-stage technology environment.
