Preferred Bachelor's degree (business-related preferred).
Experience in banking operations, preferably Commercial Banking or CIB, including payments, settlements, fund transfers, Trade & Securities, or Custody related products.
Availability to perform shift work including night shifts and report on public holidays; able to work flexible hours.
Experienced in handling complex escalations and transaction processing across multiple financial products and services.
Strong operational risk and compliance knowledge including AML/OFAC, with ability to manage high volume and short turnaround times.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and train diverse teams in a fast-paced, global operations environment.
