Experience with messaging systems (Kafka or RabbitMQ), databases (NoSQL like Cassandra/MongoDB and SQL like PostgreSQL), and CI/CD pipeline management (Jenkins, GitLab).
Experience with containerization/orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and testing frameworks (JUnit, TestContainers).
Comfortable working independently with accountability for deliverables, capable of balancing autonomy with team collaboration.
Experience or familiarity with event-driven and distributed system design patterns and system observability tools (Grafana, ELK Stack, Prometheus).
Any exposure to AI/LLM technologies, including integration of agentic frameworks and OpenAI APIs, is a plus but not strictly required.
