Develop, implement, and manage new or revised Java-based application systems coordinating with Technology teams.
Monitor all phases of the application development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, deployment, and provide user/support expertise.
Serve as a subject matter expert advising stakeholders, coaching junior analysts, and ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in Java development and systems programming.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience with microservices design, load balancing, caching, database optimization, parallel processing, and concurrency.

Demonstrates ability to mentor teams, collaborate cross-functionally, and adapt continuously with cloud technology certifications preferred.
