Experienced in driving Agile transformations and coaching multiple teams in Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe frameworks.
Capable of facilitating cross-team coordination, Scrum of Scrums, and aligned with program-level Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
Skilled in delivering metrics-driven improvements using Agile KPIs and Agile reporting tools, with exposure to DevOps and cloud technologies (Azure preferred).
