Own end-to-end break/fix support for GTT's international network services, managing incidents until final resolution while coordinating with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Experience with MPLS, L3VPN, L2VPN solutions; Cisco CCNS/CCNP, Juniper JNCIS/JNCIP, or equivalent certifications are advantageous.
Experienced in high-pressure 24/7 telecom network operations with strong problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
Technically skilled and proactive in coordinating across internal and external teams including vendors and customers to resolve complex network issues.
Structured and process-oriented professional with demonstrated ability to maintain service stability and deliver customer-centric solutions in a fast-paced environment.
