Own evolution and optimization of Planning Systems through collaboration with Country, Regional, and Global teams to enable scalable capabilities, process standardization, and automation.
Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles including product, P&L, FTE, cash flow, and balance sheet planning, integrating forecasting and improving efficiency with digital/AI tools.
Lead planning system integration, user support during cycles, development of planning reports, data reconciliation, and deliver FP&A system enhancements primarily on SAP BPC and SAP Analytics Cloud platforms.
3 to 6 years of experience with SAP BPC/BI and FP&A processes; prior experience in Corporate Finance or Global Capability Center preferred.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA and/or professional certifications such as CA, CMA, ACCA advantageous.
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and S4/HANA is a plus; experience with automation/digital tools like Power Automate, Power Bi, or Co Pilot is added advantage.
Experience working in global/cross-functional, multi-country environments; strong IT skills including advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; excellent communication abilities.
Experienced in interfacing with global teams and parent organizations with understanding of finance and business information systems architecture (e.g., Data Warehouse, ECC/SHAPE).
Capable of driving system adoption and process improvement initiatives leveraging digital transformation and AI-driven tools within finance planning environments.
Strong analytical mindset with strategic thinking skills, adept at collaborating with diverse, multi-market stakeholders and managing complex planning and consolidation processes.
