Deliver initial and recurrent ground training in aeronautical knowledge for pilot type rating and recurrent programs per Airbus training manuals.
Train Ground Instructors and conduct their assessments to ensure compliance with Airbus Flight Crew Training Program (FCTP).
Assist in developing training programs and validate training manuals and course materials.
Report trainee performance issues or achievements to Head of Flight Training.
Minimum 3 years experience as an approved Ground Instructor.
Mandatory current approvals for Technical and Performance on Airbus A320 Family.
Educational qualification: Engineering graduate or graduate with Physics and/or Mathematics; or qualified pilot/flight navigator/flight engineer/dispatcher/ATCO with at least 2 years aviation experience; or Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with minimum 3 years AME experience.
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (onsite).
Experienced in delivering and managing structured aeronautical ground training, especially on Airbus A320 Family.
Capable of independently managing teams and training resources in a regulated aviation training environment.
Strong knowledge of aviation industry regulations, training standards, and flight crew competency development.
