Manage and deliver large-scale software development projects using Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies involving multiple Scrum teams across geographies and technology domains.
Plan, monitor, and control concurrent projects with overlapping timelines, including preparing project plans, delivery roadmaps, risk mitigation, and reporting key metrics such as KPIs and SLAs.
Lead stakeholder management and customer-facing engagements, ensure adherence to quality and audit standards, resolve cross-team dependencies, and support proposal and effort estimation activities.
12–14 years of overall IT experience with strong project management expertise in large-scale and complex integration programs.
Experience managing teams of 15+ members and multiple Scrum teams in Agile delivery environments.
Strong technical background in cloud technologies (AWS or others), Core Java and/or Python, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices Architecture.

Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and risk management, complex program delivery, and multi-team coordination in distributed environments.
Preferably has background or experience in Automotive domain or Telecom, Networking, IoT, Connected Vehicles, or Transportation solutions.
