Own and manage recurring and project-based distribution data processes ensuring data is trusted, governed, and ready for business use across operations, reporting, analytics, and AI/BI.
Define and execute data quality rules, validation logic, root-cause analysis, and operational controls; translate business needs into clear data requirements and durable process improvements.
Lead data issue resolution collaborating with technology, architecture, and analytics teams; maintain documentation and coach junior analysts on quality and escalation standards.
5-8 years experience in data management, governance, operations, business intelligence, or financial services.
Proficiency in SQL and Microsoft Excel; experience with data profiling, reconciliations, validation logic, source-to-target mapping, and documenting business rules.
Experience with CRM, distribution, or financial services data preferred but not mandatory.
Work Shift Timings: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST.
Experienced in independently managing end-to-end data operations and data quality initiatives within financial services or related domains.
Able to translate ambiguous business requests into precise data rules and validation criteria with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Capable of leading remediation cycles and mentoring junior team members on data evidence standards and communication with stakeholders.
