Lead first-line functional support and issue resolution for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Finance modules including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Expenses, Cash Management, Transaction Tax, Intercompany, and BPM Approvals.
Manage and supervise a team of support analysts ensuring timely resolution of ServiceNow tickets and adherence to SLAs while monitoring performance and driving process improvements.

Background from captive organizations within banking, insurance, or financial services sectors, with exposure to AI enablement in Oracle Fusion modules.
Skilled stakeholder communicator experienced in managing business expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement in support operations.
