Lead technical workstream for global HR automation projects, including integration assessment and migration execution from platforms like Workday.
Design and build automation/integration workflows using n8n, UiPath, Python with robust orchestration, monitoring, and exception handling.
Develop, deploy, and maintain secure enterprise AI integrations and internal applications on AWS with appropriate security and access controls.
6–7+ years of professional experience in automation engineering, systems integration, solution architecture, or AI application development; strong mid-level candidates also considered.
Hands-on experience with Python, n8n, and UiPath for building automation workflows and enterprise integrations.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, webhooks, SFTP, event-driven architectures, and AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, Bedrock, Glue, Secrets Manager, CI/CD).
Role based in Gurugram with minimum office presence 3 days/week; experience working across European and APAC time zones.
Experienced engineer with deep integration expertise, strong automation mindset, and software engineering fundamentals including security best practices (RBAC/ABAC, credential management).
Comfortable translating complex technical requirements for multi-month projects and collaborating cross-functionally with European and APAC teams.
Preferably holds n8n Level 1 or Level 2 certification and has familiarity with Workday or enterprise HRIS platforms integration/migration (strong advantage, not strictly required).
