Lead management of Accounting Process Optimization within Accounting & Tax organization, focusing on transformation via standardization, automation, and data-driven insights.
Design and implement optimized end-to-end accounting processes to reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and strengthen internal controls, including financial close, reconciliations, analytics, and reporting.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
11-13 years of Accounting/Finance experience with a proven track record of process optimization leveraging automation/AI and complex project delivery skills.
Experience required in Finance and Accounting functions such as Financial Planning & Analytics, P&L and/or balance sheet reporting.
Experience with AI reporting and data analysis tools; Healthcare experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
Experienced leader able to influence and collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment across Accounting, Tax, Finance, and Technology teams.
Strong expertise in accounting, finance, project management, and continuous improvement methodologies with a focus on measurable efficiency gains.
Strategic operator with problem-solving and analytical skills who can drive end-to-end process redesign and technology-enabled transformation initiatives.
