Work Experience Required: Significant professional software engineering experience; prior investment banking, capital markets, trading, risk, or financial services technology experience strongly preferred; role location Pune.
Experienced technical leader able to drive complex platform or cross-functional engineering initiatives with strategic and tactical business alignment.
Deep domain knowledge in financial services technology or capital markets combined with strong system design, troubleshooting and risk control expertise.
Demonstrated ability to influence and advise senior stakeholders, manage risk and controls, and lead multi-year assignments with a focus on technology innovation and operational excellence.
