Own end-to-end management of complex operational projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and safety standards.
Collaborate and manage diverse stakeholders including clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver seamless operational solutions.
Leverage project management tools and technology to drive project efficiency and improve operational performance.
Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience, preferably in operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Mandatory skills: project coordination, project management, HVAC, electrical system, MEP systems, BOQ preparation, documentation, testing and commissioning.
Work location: Hyderabad; Work schedule: 6 days/week, 48 hours weekly.
Experienced in managing all project lifecycle phases, including budget forecasting and financial reporting.
Strong stakeholder management skills with proficiency in negotiation and communication across client and vendor ecosystems.
Familiarity with industry certifications (PMP/PRINCE2), process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma), and sustainability/ESG project management.
