Lead and govern warehousing, distribution, and third-party logistics operations across the APAC region ensuring inventory integrity, operational efficiency, and compliance with regulated standards.
Own replenishment planning, inventory deployment strategies, and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and safety performance across logistics partners.
Manage logistics cost, develop budgets, lead freight and warehouse optimization, support procurement, and maintain audit readiness for regulated products including pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals.
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Operations Management, or Business.
Minimum 10 years of warehousing, logistics, distribution, or supply chain experience with at least 5 years in leadership managing multi-country logistics operations remotely.
Experience governing third-party warehouses, distributors, and outsourced logistics providers in regulated industries (pharmaceuticals, personal care, life sciences, specialty chemicals).
Required systems knowledge: SAP ECC 6.0, Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, Advanced Excel, Power BI or equivalent analytics platforms.
Proven capability leading large, geographically dispersed logistics networks remotely across multiple countries and cultures within APAC.
Demonstrated success driving logistics safety, service, compliance, and cost improvement initiatives with indirect influence over third-party partners.
Experience supporting SAP transformation programs and exposure to advanced digital/logistics technologies including SAP S/4HANA and AI-enabled supply chain planning tools.
