Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for large-scale Privileged Access Management (PAM) implementations, partnering with internal stakeholders for onboarding and solution design.
Lead and participate in scrum teams to develop and deliver new features, integrations, and operate continuous improvement practices including automation and technical debt prioritization.
Manage CyberArk product lifecycle activities including testing, upgrades, and support operations across multi-site environments ensuring performance and capacity needs are met.
10+ years of experience working with large-scale PAM implementations; 8+ years experience specifically with leading PAM products like CyberArk (preferred), BeyondTrust, HashiCorp, or Delinea.
Proven expertise in Windows and Linux privileged access management, Active Directory access controls, PAM integration with IDM systems (e.g., ServiceNow, SailPoint), cloud platforms (Azure/AWS), and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience installing, administering, and supporting CyberArk components (HA EPV, CPM, PSM, PVWA, PSMP, DR) and managing large-scale CyberArk deployments.
Work Location: Hybrid model based in Bangalore or Hyderabad. Work Experience Required: 10+ years in PAM implementations.
Demonstrates deep technical expertise in CyberArk PAM solutions within complex and multi-site infrastructures, capable of managing end-to-end operations and upgrades.
Experienced in agile development environments with the ability to balance feature delivery, automation, and technical debt management.
Comfortable working across various technologies (Windows/Linux, Active Directory, cloud platforms) and interfacing with multiple technical teams and product management stakeholders.
