Manage commissioning scope for 2-3 concurrent utility-scale projects including HV substations and BESS, ensuring milestones, schedules, resources, and documentation meet contractual requirements.
Develop and execute detailed commissioning plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, and lead readiness reviews and the commissioning process through energization to project turnover.

Experienced in managing multiple complex commissioning projects simultaneously with accountability for scope, schedule, resources, risks, and stakeholder coordination.
Technically proficient in interpreting electrical one-line diagrams, OEM specifications, protection and control systems, and utility interconnection requirements relevant to HV substations and BESS.
Capable leader and communicator, adept at coordinating diverse technical teams, interfacing with owners, utilities, OEMs, and ensuring compliance with safety and contract standards throughout commissioning.
