Translate business needs into clear, actionable, and testable requirements supporting high-quality delivery.
Collaborate with Product Managers and technology teams to analyze processes, produce wireframes, process/data flows, and detailed business requirements.
Serve as liaison between business and technology to ensure feasible solutions with defined acceptance criteria, supporting UAT and requirement traceability.
BSc degree in Business, Business Analysis, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field; experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst with proven skills in business analysis, requirement elicitation, and process/data analysis.
Working knowledge of SDLC, especially agile methodology.
Preferred but not mandatory: Experience with clinical trial systems/applications and knowledge of regulated environments (GxP or similar).
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to meet strategic objectives and influence decision-making.
Strong proficiency in creating process flows, wireframes, user stories, and handling complex data sets aligned to product strategy.
Familiarity with SaaS applications, system integration, user experience best practices, and tools like JIRA, MS Visio, Power BI, or Tableau.
