Experienced in managing cross-functional, moderately complex IT delivery projects within regulated pharma manufacturing domains.
Strong strategic and analytical capability to translate business needs into effective delivery strategies and continuous improvement.
Demonstrated skill in stakeholder management across global regions (NALA, EMEA), coaching teams, and driving accountability and team alignment with business goals.
