Sr. Group Manager, Supply Chain

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, supplier management, inventory control, and logistics specifically for Cables & Harness commodities.

Develop and execute global commodity strategy and supplier ecosystem development aligned with manufacturing and business goals.

Manage and develop a team of Strategic Commodity Managers, oversee supplier contracts, negotiations, risk assessments, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement and supply continuity.

15-18 years in Supply Chain Management/Commodity Management in Engineering/Manufacturing industry, with over 10 years managing Electro-Mechanical Portfolio commodities.

Experience leading teams of managers, with responsibility for a group larger than 10 people, in multinational product-based manufacturing companies.

Familiarity with semiconductor or electrical equipment manufacturing supply chain standards and processes; technical knowledge in mechanical commodities such as metal machining and plastic machining.

Proficiency in ERP systems and supply chain analytics tools; knowledge of quality principles like Lean, Six-Sigma, and 8D.

Experienced strategic leader capable of managing cross-functional supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams in a complex, fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a demonstrated ability to drive supply chain transformation and continuous improvement.

Proven track record in supplier relationship management and strategic sourcing in global manufacturing settings, particularly with electro-mechanical commodities.
