Experienced in escalation management and knowledge transfer to junior staff within Identity Access Management operations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve complex technical problems and manage small scale IDM projects.
Technical proficiency in RBAC, Dynamic Group concepts, JML processes, and operational incident management within SLA timelines.
