Mid-level generalist AML role in metro locations with a well-known consultancy employer increases competition.
AML transaction monitoring expertise is compliance-specific and not easily transferable across unrelated industries.
Explicit 2–6 year requirement plus mandatory AML/TMS investigation experience increases shortlisting rigidity.
