Develop, integrate, and configure AUTOSAR Basic Software (BSW) modules, RTE, and application components following AUTOSAR standards.
Conduct root-cause analysis, debugging, and software fixes for embedded systems involving microcontroller-based software, communication, and hardware-software integration.
Collaborate with system engineers to define interfaces and software requirements, ensuring compliance with ASPICE, ISO 26262, and OEM quality standards; support SIL/HIL testing and ECU integration.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering.
5+ years of hands-on experience in AUTOSAR-based automotive software development.
5-7 years of product-level Embedded Software Development experience using C and microcontroller families such as Infineon AURIX, Renesas RH850, NXP MPC57xx/S32K, STM32, or equivalent.
Strong experience with debugging tools (e.g., Lauterbach Trace32, CANoe) and embedded system debugging, root-cause analysis, and microcontroller peripherals (CAN, SPI, UART, etc).
Experienced in software-hardware integration and peripheral driver development within automotive or closely related embedded domains.
Demonstrates ability to independently drive issue investigation from symptom identification to root-cause resolution in complex embedded environments.
Familiar with AUTOSAR architecture, Basic Software stack, automotive communication protocols, and functional safety standards like ISO 26262.
