Design and deliver SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash (OTC) solutions ensuring effective, end-to-end business process execution.
Collaborate across Finance, Supply Chain, Quality, Trade Compliance, and external systems for integration and compliance with FDA-regulated and GxP environments.
Provide project delivery, Level 3 production support, root cause analysis, and lead continuous process improvements for SAP OTC solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
5 to 7 years of experience implementing SAP Order to Cash projects with full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Sales and Distribution, OTC business processes, and integration with related SAP modules.
Experience or exposure to validated SAP environments, FDA and GxP compliance, and SAP Fiori/BTP/CPI integrations is preferred but not strictly stated as mandatory.
Experienced in managing SAP OTC delivery projects/projects components and working in FDA-regulated pharmaceutical environments.
Comfortable working in a matrix organization with virtual teams and managing multiple activities simultaneously.
Able to translate regulatory and business requirements into robust SAP OTC solutions and proactively drive process improvements and stakeholder management.
