Mid-level metro role with a common title but niche AI and hands-on requirements limit but don't eliminate competition.
Strong product and AI emphasis is transferable across industries, though healthtech preference adds moderate domain specificity.
Explicit years, mandatory recent hands-on coding, and shipping production LLM systems set high shortlisting filters.
