Lead and manage strategic programs and projects across strategy management, business excellence, and technology implementation with multiple business units and functions, ensuring delivery of complex, high-impact projects.
Design departmental and functional strategies using Business Excellence frameworks (EFQM, Deming), develop Balanced Scorecards and KPIs to drive business performance.
Analyze business data to generate actionable insights for cost optimization and efficiency improvements, prepare executive reports and data visualizations, and oversee alignment of business transformation initiatives.
MBA from a reputed business school (India or overseas).
Graduate/Engineering degree from recognized institutions (REC/NIT/IIT).
8-14 years of relevant work experience.
PMP certification preferred but not mandatory.
Experience in managing large, cross-functional strategic projects with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret financial and operational data to drive business improvements and cost optimization.
