Lead and manage complex client projects focused on business, process, and technology problem solving, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on-time and within budget.
Coach and mentor consultants and senior consultants on project execution and client engagement.
Use methodologies like Value Stream Mapping, design thinking, and technology assessments to develop process improvements, strategic roadmaps, and target operating models.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Consulting, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Software Development with proven skills in process design, IT strategy, or Human Capital Strategy.
Hands-on experience in business analysis, process mapping, enterprise software, cloud technologies, and technology architecture assessments.
Strong project management skills managing multiple complex projects concurrently; executive communication skills for delivery at senior and board levels.
Experienced in applying frameworks such as systems thinking, SWOT, Porter’s Five Forces, Root Cause Analysis, Design Thinking, and Lean Six Sigma to solve complex business challenges.
Ability to build strong client relationships that lead to high satisfaction and recurring work; skilled in complex sales cycles including discovery and proposal development.
Familiarity with one or more strategic industries: technology, not-for-profit, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, or distribution.
