Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly transport MIS reports covering fleet deployment, employee coverage, costs, and compliance.
Maintain and analyze transport data including trip records, fuel consumption, vendor performance, and incident logs to identify trends and cost-saving opportunities.
Coordinate with transport executives, vendors, and HR/facilities teams to ensure operational alignment and monitor vendor SLA adherence and employee transport satisfaction.
Any graduate degree.
2-5 years of relevant work experience in transport MIS or related field.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and data visualization tools.
On-site work location: Bengaluru, Karnataka; 6 days/week, general shift 9 AM-6 PM.
Experienced in managing and analyzing large datasets related to transport operations and vendor management.
Detail-oriented with capability to produce accurate reports under deadlines and manage multiple reporting tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with compliance tracking, audit requirements, and coordinating across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
