Manage and lead the SPIU team to ensure programme milestones under the RAM P scheme are met, including periodic performance reporting to the client.
Oversee execution of approved projects, ensuring compliance with financial and procurement procedures and facilitating smooth stakeholder communication at various levels including district and state.
Support business development activities with a focus on the MSME sector, and enable convergence with various schemes identified under RAMP.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing development projects, preferably in the MSME domain; with at least 3 years in a leadership role in programme implementation.
Post Graduate degree required in economics, social sciences, public administration, business management, or related fields from premier institutes.
Fluency in English with strong report writing and data analytic skills.
Willingness and flexibility to undertake travel to project locations.
Experienced leader with a strong track record in managing MSME development programmes, preferably at the State Government level.
Demonstrates strong client management skills and ability to coordinate multi-stakeholder engagements effectively.
Operates with a proactive, enterprising attitude to identify opportunities and guide technical execution within teams.
