Administer, monitor, and maintain Cisco network devices including routers, switches, wireless LAN controllers, and access points in an enterprise environment.
Investigate and resolve LAN/WAN/WLAN connectivity and routing protocol issues (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) ensuring minimal business disruption and optimal network performance.
Prepare and update network designs (HLDs, LLDs), diagrams, procedures, and manage SD-WAN and data center networking components including load balancers.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.
3–5 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure network support or administration.
Experience with Cisco routers, switches, IOS, wireless LAN controllers, access points, and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP).
Onsite work location: Chennai, India.
Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues across LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments.
Experience with preparing detailed network documentation including High-Level and Low-Level Designs and Visio network diagrams.
Exposure to data center networking and load balancers (F5, Citrix NetScaler) is a plus; possessing CCNA or CCNP certification preferred.
