Design, implement, maintain, and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure including physical servers, virtualization, storage, backup, and cloud services.
Support lifecycle management of server hardware and infrastructure platforms including deployment, patching, upgrades, capacity planning, and decommissioning.
Develop and maintain automation and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions; participate in infrastructure projects and provide operational support including on-call duties.
6-9 years of IT experience with minimum 5 years in enterprise infrastructure, systems engineering, platform engineering, or systems administration.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Hands-on experience with enterprise Windows Server and Linux administration, enterprise virtualization (VMware, Proxmox, Hyper-V, OpenStack, KVM), and enterprise storage technologies (SAN, NAS, replication).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), backup/recovery/disaster recovery solutions, and automation tools (PowerShell, Python, Ansible, Terraform).
Work mode: Hybrid in Bangalore office (minimum 3 days/week).
Experienced in managing and optimizing complex enterprise IT infrastructure with cross-functional team collaboration.
Proficient in automation and Infrastructure-as-Code to drive operational efficiency and infrastructure modernization.
Capable of troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues and supporting critical operations via rotating on-call support.
